If you want to test Solaris 10 on VMware Workstation, first download ISO files of Solaris 10 and install.

Please refer to the following for the installation.
When you install VMware Tools in Java Desktop environment of Solaris 10, You will see an error. So I recommend that you first install VMware Tools using CDE X and log in using Java Desktop.
