Processor Requirements

Memory Requirements

The minimum memory required on the host system is 2GB. But 2GB memory is not enough to run a virtual machine. You need enough memory to run multiple virtual machines. I recommend more than 8GB.

Disk Drive Requirements

Visit the VMware website to download the installation file for Windows.

Installing Workstation Pro on a Windows Host

When you download the install file, run it.

The installation wizard will then appear.

Check the license agreement for installation and click the Next button.

After you decide to install the Enhanced Keyboard Driver, click the Next button. And set the User Experience Settings and click the Next button. At this stage, I didn't check anything.

In the Shortcuts settings, click the Next button and then click the Install button to install the program.

Running Workstation Pro

When the installation is complete, click the Finish button. The following icon will now be created on your desktop. Double-click it to run VMware Workstation Pro.

The license key will be asked at the first run. Select the second button and select the Continue button.
